  Many projects, both residential and commercial, are affected by municipal zoning requirements. Prior to starting the actual design process it is critical to have an understanding of the restraints and requirements imposed by the local zoning. Items addressed by zoning ordinances include setbacks, building and lot coverage, height, and parking. At the beginning of each project we thoroughly study the local zoning ordinance to determine which provisions will influence your project. If necessary, we will meet with the local zoning officer to insure that we have correctly interpreted their regulations. |
