Site Plan Approval, Variances, and Historic District Approval are sometimes needed from local Planning Boards, Boards of Adjustments, or Historic Preservation Committees. On commercial projects approvals are sometimes needed from various county and state agencies. Our firm can guide you through the process of obtaining any required approvals. We will prepare any special plans that might be required, assist you in filling out application forms, and appear at public hearings on your behalf. Sometimes this work is done in conjunction with planning and engineering consultants and your attorney. |
