  During the construction phase we will monitor the job to determine if the project is being constructed in accordance with the plans we have prepared. In addition, we will review invoices submitted by the contractor and resolve any questions or problems that may arise. At the completion of the job we will do a thorough inspection of the project to determine if all work has been completed in accordance with the contract documents. |
